Dave Weiner is a great guitar player who tours with Steve Vai. But, much like Tony MacAlpine, he is an exceptional guitarists in his own right.
Below is fan-filmed footage of Dave playing “The Trillium’s Launch” live in Chile on December 5th, 2013. This is a great acoustic piece. Watching him play it live is awesome. I wish I had the chance to see him do it on G3, but alas, I did not.
